Info. about B.E.S.T Program Business Employment Skills Team is an academic program funded by the United States government that helps people to return to their studies and to find a job opportunity. Normally the requirements to be admitted in this program are: if you have low incomes or if you are receiving public assistance, if you were affected by the closure of a business, etc. The program helps you to study a career in one of the community colleges depending on the area where you are. Each user receives 13,000 dollars (in kind, as tuition, books, fees, childcare, travel, etc.) to help them have a quality education. These programs are coordinated with the State of Illinois and local community colleges and must result in a certificate or degree.
